Returns and Exchanges
◦ Must submit return request within 14 days.
◦ Must return to Coffin Club (returned shipping is not covered)
◦ Product must be in same condition when arriving (do not wear or wash)
◦ Refund methods (e.g., original payment method, refund is given after product makes it back to warehouse)
◦ We may flag some customers who do excessive returns or abuse these policies.
◦ We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
